As a result of our implementation of new locations in accordance with all Pillows Standards and our own ‘Pillows Etiquette’, we are looking for a hotel manager for the Pillows Grand Hotel Place Rouppe in Brussels.

Your role...

In your role as hotel manager you are the ‘master host’ and responsible for the best possible hospitality experience. As an experienced professional, you facilitate your team so that they can service and deliver an ultimate guest experience. Together with your team you will take full ownership for presenting an appealing and up-to-date product offering with accompanying service levels for the restaurant, all day dining, a wine bar and high end conference and group facilitation. Your leadership style, charisma and focus will drive the concept toward ultimately recognition. You understand what luxury means and your most important kpi is the guest satisfaction and with that indicator in mind you head up, facilitate and train your team to deliver the ultimate guest experience. By nature of your role you will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel’s business operations and the attainment of its objectives. Of course, you understand that all of this is intended to lead to healthy commercial growth. So your commercial drive is to develop and maintain a wide range of (local) networks where you promote your beautiful location and with that the entire organisation. You take care of an optimal marketing & sales structure and revenue management.

You will report to the Belgium & France area manager.

Who are you?

Are you an experienced hotel manager and do you know the tricks of the trade of luxury hospitality? Would you like to contribute a developing organization and are you able to further upskill the motivated team?

  • Proven and successful track record of managing a high end luxury hotel
  • Ambition and personal drive to ensure ultimate guest experiences
  • A relevant hospitality educational background 
  • Charismatic people management style (leading by example)
  • Experience in continuous improvement of F&B concepts and service delivery
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, a practical mindset and a resilient nature
  • A fantastic host who exceeds the hotel guests’ expectations with his/her team
  • You are able to draw up and present core and other management data (financial and otherwise)
  • Professional communication skills in English, Dutch and French languages
